BEP means "kitchen" in Vietnamese. Yes, our name is kitchen, kitchen. BEP is an homage to the unique and fluid Vietnamese cuisine that comes from the community and families of Little Saigon. We try to respect the traditions that have defined Vietnamese culinary identity, while constantly imagining new ways of expressing our tastes and our kitchen spaces.
